Autism & ADHD support program for children in Bangkok

Every child is different. In many children with autism or attention difficulties, brain function, gut health and overall body balance are closely linked. We look at all three, one step at a time.

Program overview

Autism involves more than behaviour

Autism is a complex neurodevelopmental condition. It can involve several systems in the body:

  • Brain signalling and connectivity
  • Gut and brain interaction
  • Immune regulation
  • Metabolism and inflammation

Our program supports the biological environment that affects brain function and development. It works alongside the therapies your child may already have, like speech, occupational and behavioural therapy. It doesn't replace them.

The whole child

We look at the whole child, not just behaviour

Care starts with a question many parents have never been asked: how is your child's body doing?

Test results like these do not explain autism on their own. They help our medical team build a plan around your child, not a label.

What you can choose

Three programme levels

Every programme starts with a consultation with our medical team and is tailored to your child. Programmes are designed to work alongside speech, occupational and behavioural therapy, never to replace them.

How it works

Four steps, at your child's pace

The program is tailored by age. Your child's plan is always set by our medical team.

Assessment

Understanding your child

We start with a full assessment.

  • Blood tests
  • Gut microbiome analysis
  • Antioxidant and vitamin D assessment

The results show us what your child's body needs, so the plan fits them.

Gut and nutrition

Restoring balance

A plan built around your child's results.

  • Customised probiotic blend
  • Nutritional and metabolic support
  • Antioxidant and vitamin optimisation

Many families start here, because the gut, immune system and brain are closely connected.

Case by case

Brain support

Considered only after our medical team has reviewed your child's results.

  • Neurocell therapy (case by case)
  • Exosomes (tiny messenger particles released by cells), by inhalation (case by case)
  • Gentle neuro support strategies

Research on cell therapy for autism is still early. We'll talk you through the evidence, the risks and what's realistic before anything is decided.

Developmental therapies

Where long term progress happens.

  • Speech and communication
  • Occupational therapy
  • Sensory integration

Steps 1 to 3 are there to support this work, not replace it.

Progress

What we watch together

With consistent care, these are the areas we review with you at every step:

  • Sleep
  • Attention and engagement
  • Calm and regulation
  • Communication
  • Digestion

Every child responds differently. We don't promise specific results, and we review progress with you openly.

Progress in autism often comes from many places at once: therapy, school, home, time and love. We'll be honest with you at every step.

Cell based treatments for autism are not an established standard of care. Any treatment is decided by our medical team after assessment, and results differ from child to child.
